Refund policy

Faulty and unused items may be returned to Rx Human Resource™ within 14 days of the order being received. Please ensure before you return an item that it is in new unworn condition with all tags attached and all original packaging is present and intact. 

Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery. You can contact orders@rxhumanresource.com should you need to initiate a non-faulty or mislabeled item return. Your return will then be processed by our customer service team, who will share further instructions via email.

** Please note** - Responsibility and cost for the safe return of any non-faulty item rests with the customer. We strongly advise you to return the item using a tracked service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and inbound costs will not be covered. Rx Human Resource™ cannot expedite or track returned packages.

Faulty or lost items will be processed by our package protection parter Route. Exchanges are allowed only in the event that your item is damaged or mislabeled. 

Route Insurance is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost or stolen. You can download the mobile Route app here to see real-time shipping updates or report an issue. Route is a final sale add-on that can not be removed from an order once it is placed, or refunded if your order is returned.
