Synergetics

Synergetics is a term coined by the mid-century architect and designer Buckminster Fuller for the study of whole systems, where the behavior of the whole cannot be predicted from any part taken on its own. Its structural principle is tensegrity, Fuller's 1955 contraction of tensional integrity: tension and compression held in opposition, so that a structure stands through the balance of its own forces.

A powerful analogy for life's ups and downs, and for the value of staying centered and poised when faced with obstacles. The only constant is how you respond to them.

TENCEL™ is Lenzing's brand of Lyocell and Modal fibers, produced from sustainably sourced renewable wood. At 37% of this blend it changes how the garment hangs: the fabric drapes and moves rather than holding a flat cotton shape, and the surface sits smoother and cooler against the skin than cotton alone.

How does a boxy cropped fit wear?

Wider through the body and shorter through the length than a standard tee, so it sits at or just above the waistband rather than below it. The dropped shoulder adds width across the upper body. Our fit model is 6'1" and wears a Medium.
